Our first 3-course dinner of 2026 is inspired by the atmosphere of late Spring sunset & candlelight, mountain air, Brazilian rhythm, Cuban warmth, and the early harvests of the Berkshires. Comforting yet transportive — with deeply savory flavors and subtle Latin American influences woven through local seasonal ingredients.
First course:
Berkshire Spring Greens & Charred Sweet Corn Salad
Main entree choice of:
1. Coffee & Chile–Rubbed Beef Short Rib slow braised in red wine, garlic, and roasted tomato.
2. Pan-Seared Atlantic Cod with saffron-tomato coconut broth, white beans, fennel
3. Wild Mushroom & Black Bean Stuffed Poblano Pepper with smoked tomato sofrito, queso añejo, and herb-lime crema
Dessert:
Warm Olive Oil Almond Cake with orange blossom whipped cream, late-spring berry compote, and candied citrus peel
